👤 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  • UG: B.Com, BBA/BMS, B.A., B.Sc., B.E./B.Tech (with strong finance interest)

  • PG: M.Com, MBA (Finance preferred)

  • Candidates pursuing CFA, CMA, CA, CS, or MBA are not eligible

  • Candidates must have all semester-wise mark sheets and passing certificates

• Experience: Freshers to 2 years in:

  • Derivatives, Capital Market, KYC/AML, Accounts, or Stock Market operations

• Other Criteria:

  • Must be comfortable with fixed night shifts

  • Willing to Work From Office (Airoli, Navi Mumbai)

  • Must be double vaccinated

  • Should be willing to sign a 1-year training agreement

  • Must not have an active EPFO (PF) account

📌 Preferred Location Range:

• Central Line: Kurla to Ulhasnagar

• Harbour Line: Kurla to Panvel

• Western Line: Santacruz to Andheri

• Also eligible if open to relocation: Taloja, Mumbra, Diva, Sion, Mira Road, Bhayandar, Badlapur, Uran, etc.

🕑 Shift Timings:

• Fixed Night Shifts Only

• Example: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM / 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

• No rotational shifts

📚 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inter-system reconciliations and ensure accurate fund allocation

• Handle KYC, document verification, and reference data management

• Interact with agents, clients, and counterparties to resolve queries

• Prepare client and internal reports

• Escalate unresolved issues promptly to clients

• Understand derivatives, capital markets, and financial instruments
