Experience Required: 0 – 5 years

Location: Hyderabad (Manikonda, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Kukatpally, Attapur)

✅ Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice calls from clients in the U.S., Dubai, and other countries.

• Assist customers with product/service queries and provide tech support when required.

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to quality and performance metrics.
