What would you do?
Perform Risk & Compliance (R&C) review activities & other ad hoc tasks for the organization.Conduct & document scheduled & on-dem& reviews to assess the Client Experience Operations (CX-O) control environment & evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements, Accenture policies & standards.Timely start & completion of R&C reviews with expectation of quality of report, fieldwork & deliverables based on R&C parametersTimely & accurately log assessment details on monitoring sites.Timely review of all evidence for items to close, ensure continuous follow up, governance, partnering connects with CX-O leadership & drive initiatives (within R&C charter) to minimize risk within delivery.SOC Audit – support our external audit partner optimally & keep the engagement smooth & successful through the period of the audit.Performing Risk & Compliance Review: Collect performance data from service delivery, etc.Evaluate process areas for application of internal controls, inclusion of regulatory & contractual controls Performing Process controls Testing:Identify control attributes Identify population of transactions Determine acceptable sample size Evaluate sample items Perform metric gap & trending analysisDetermine acceptability of application of controlDocument results; in cases where control is deficient, provide recommendations for improvement & define business benefitEffectively evaluate review results, weighing the relevancy, accuracy, & perspective of conclusions against the accumulated evidence.Be effective in communicating review results, both verbally & in writing.Drive first draft of client facing reports to final approval Analyze operational reports & highlight points for service deliveryExhibit creativity & innovation in recommending improvements to review practices & processes.Complete work assignments independently as part of a team project.Supports continuous improvement & organization development activitiesParticipates in ad hoc area or global projects as requiredCollaborates with Center of Excellence team members on internal controls capabilities.
