PWC is looking to hire Qualified CAs, with 0-2 years of experience for our Corporate Tax Litigation team, in Gurgaon.
The candidates must have:
1) Working experience or training in direct tax matters;
2) Basic knowledge of drafting and preparation of CIT(A), appeals, Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) matters, Income Tax Appellant Tribunal (ITAT) appeal required;
3) Prior experience of basic research on income-tax case laws, commentaries;
4) Prior experience of preparation of replies to scrutiny assessment proceedings before Assessing Officer (AO)/ Income-tax authorities;
