🧑‍💼 Position: Jr. Relationship Executive (Only Male Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in clients and appraise gold as per company policy

• Handle loan processing, collateral verification, and documentation

• Perform sales and cross-selling of financial products

• Conduct field visits and maintain customer relations

• Handle accounts, bank reconciliation, and tele-calling follow-ups

👩‍💼 Position: Customer Care Executive (Only Female Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication and walk-ins

• Generate business leads and cross-sell financial products

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and documentation

• Promote gold loans, insurance, NCDs, and gold coin sales

• Maintain CRM records and ensure customer satisfaction

• Education: Any Graduate (Male/Female)

• Experience: 0–3 years

• Age Limit: Below 29 years

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
