🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Drive CASA (Current & Savings Account) acquisition and cross-selling opportunities

Lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Achieve branch sales targets through self-driven efforts and team leadership

Ensure customer satisfaction by timely servicing and query resolution

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with KYC norms
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales; BFSI experience preferred
