✅ Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, email, and social media

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues

Ensure response and resolution times meet defined SLOs

Maintain 90%+ adherence to quality and satisfaction standards

Provide root cause assessments using available tools and knowledge base
-
Handle escalations and assist lower-tier agents
-
Deliver updates on issue progress and provide bug tracking updates to customers
🎓 Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or related fields

Preferred background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
🧠 Skills Required:

3–4 years of technical customer support or call center experience

Hands-on knowledge of GCP/G Suite products and features

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Ability to work across diverse environments and shifts

Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills

Familiarity with version control and technical writing is a plus
