Preparing and maintaining HR MIS reports.
Desired Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of HR operations and policies.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP).

Good understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
Education & Experience

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR

Experience: 2 to 7 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
