- Handle inbound customer calls related to telecom services
- Resolve billing issues and service requests
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems (mobile/broadband)
- Provide information about plans, offers, and services
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: HSC / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers eligible)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
