Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Perform customer activation & retention activities
- Explain products/services and close sales
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience:
- Freshers OR
- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO / telesales
- Excellent communication skills required
- Sales-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month (in-hand) + incentives

- Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10 AM – 7 PM)
- Week Off: Alternate Saturdays + Sunday
