- Handle customer queries through voice calls (Hindi + English)
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, or network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Address complaints professionally and efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers eligible)
- Language: Hindi + English mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
