Job Role or Description

• Demonstrate ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound Customer calls/queries. To provide quality customer assistance and support to bring resolution of escalated customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Provide basic troubleshooting on a variety of products and services and respond to inquiries about services. Work and partner with others: Within a team-based environment. Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals. Boundary Limit: Mira Road: mira road (Golden nest circle) via Ghodbunder road. Dadar: Till Dadar Station East via Sion. Kalyan: 1 KM radius from Kalyan railway station excluding Diva /Shahad /Bhiwandi. Panvel : 1 KM radius from Panvel railway station excluding Taloja & Sukhapur.
