Job Role or Description

• Responsible for Accurate and Timely execution of Commission and Incentive related activities. 
• 100% accuracy and correctness of Commission & Incentive payouts.
• Ensure accuracy and correctness of Commission & Incentive payouts.
• Timely follow-ups for recoveries if any.
• Manage process of commission payouts and ensure designated TAT is maintained.
• Maintain quality of Commission payouts.
• Manage the incentive payouts and ensure they are processed as per designated TAT.
• Maintain quality of Incentive payouts data.
• Meeting all the IRDA& Internal Audit Guidelines.
• Ensure release of MIS reports including Adhoc requests to the various stakeholders and within specified dates.
• Coordination with internal departments: Finance and Accounts, Operations, Sales & IT
• Coordination with internal parties: Agents, Brokers, Corporate Agents & Other Intermediaries
