You will be responsible for resolving customer queries over voice calls and ensuring excellent service delivery.
🔑 Mandatory Requirements

Minimum HS (12th Pass) qualification

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi (no major MTI)

Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
