💼 Job Role: Team Member – P2P (Accounts Payable)
Experience Required: 2–7 Years
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Fri, Sat & Sun off)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Process Transformation & Standardization

Suggest improvements for process automation and system enhancement
-
Conduct UAT and collaborate with Process Heads
Invoice Verification & Processing
-
Scrutinize invoices as per SOP and ensure complete supporting documents
-
Ensure 3-way match before invoice booking
-
Process advance adjustments, penalties, and debit entries
-
Update payment terms and ensure MIGO posting
-
Book invoices accurately in SAP with correct GST/TDS/TCS codes
-
Coordinate with mailroom agents and plant teams for discrepancies
Reconciliation & Reporting
-
Perform monthly interunit reconciliation (RMC)
-
Track and update SIT entries
-
Highlight pending DI in freight bills
-
Support R2R team with provisioning entries
Risk Management & Governance
-
Ensure compliance with TDS/TCS/GST rules
-
Maintain accuracy in tax-related postings
-
Ensure adherence to financial control standards
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
-
Qualification: B.Com, BBA, BMS, M.Com, MBA (Finance)
-
Experience: Indian Accounting experience is mandatory
