💼 Job Role: International Voice Process (Experienced)
Experience Required:
1 – 4 Years in international voice process (UK calling preferred)
Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing voice-based client support to UK-based customers, addressing service-related queries, resolving issues on time, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This is a complete work-from-office role located in Navalur, Chennai.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK clients.

Provide quick and effective solutions for service, transaction, and operational queries.

Maintain accurate customer interaction logs using CRM tools.

📌 Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of international voice support experience

Excellent spoken English with a neutral/UK-accent tone
