Role: Customer Support Executive (International Voice/Blended Process)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver world-class customer service via voice and blended channels.

Efficiently resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment with 2 rotational offs.

Meet performance KPIs and adhere to quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:

Education: HSC or Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply)

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers are welcome!)

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Problem-solving ability
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or international voice processes is an added advantage.
