Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and post Month-End Journal Entries.
- Handle daily process-related communication with clients through email.
- Update MIS reports for individual and team activities.
- Track client queries and resolve review points promptly.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process errors and client observations.
- Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Classify client queries into assumptions, information requests, and actionable items.
- Work with AP, AR, and banking modules within bookkeeping systems.
