UltraTech Knowledge Services Centre is a best-in-class shared services hub, focused on governance, efficiency, digital transformation, process optimization, and robust data analytics. UKSC centralizes Finance and Accounts operations to drive efficiency, standardization, and business insights across UltraTech Cement’s units.
Role: Team Member – Procure to Pay (P2P)
You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial operations through SAP and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Scrutinize invoices and match against supporting documents as per SOPs.

Ensure 3-way match verification and proper MIGO entries in the system.
-
Handle advance adjustments, payment terms updates, and penalty calculations in SAP.

Support month-end closing by ensuring provisions are recorded for unprocessed invoices.

Conduct monthly inter-unit reconciliations and update SIT (Stock in Transit) entries.
-
Coordinate with mailroom agents, users, and helpdesk teams for invoice clarifications.

Continuously improve process knowledge and suggest system/process enhancements.

Ensure proper accounting for GST, TDS, TCS while processing transactions.

Follow risk management and governance practices strictly.
Required Skills and Experience:

Educational Qualifications:
-
UG: B.Com in Commerce
-
PG: MBA/PGDM (Finance) / M.Com
-

Experience: 2 to 5 years (Indian accounting experience mandatory)
-
Systems Knowledge: SAP experience preferred.
-
Strong understanding of accounting processes and reconciliation.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
