Essential Qualifications:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Full-time only)
Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in corporate in-house recruitment.

Must have worked in the manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
-
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
-
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.

Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection:
-
Review applications and resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
-
Conduct telephonic and initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
-
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
Interviewing & Assessment:
-
Develop comprehensive interview questions and assessment tools.
-
Administer technical tests or assessments if required.

Provide structured feedback to hiring teams on candidate evaluations.
Offer Management:
-
Negotiate job offers, salaries, and benefits with selected candidates.
-
Ensure smooth offer rollouts and onboarding experience.
Hiring Manager Collaboration:
-
Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs.
-
Guide managers on drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.

Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders for a seamless hiring process.
Data Management & Compliance:
-
Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Identify and drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
