💼 Job Role: Inbound Sales Customer Support Executive

• Work Mode: Work from Office (Bangalore location – relocation required)

• Shift Timings: Australian Shift (2:30 AM – 11:30 AM IST)

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in BPO – Retail / Fashion / E-commerce domain

• Joining: Must be able to join within 15 days

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in Inbound Sales Customer Support

• Hands-on with Voice, Chat, and Email support (blended process)

• Strong background in Upselling and Cross-selling

• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore

• Comfortable with Australian shifts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong customer empathy, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

📌 Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, refunds, deliveries, etc.

• Deliver exceptional support via email and chat

• Maintain updated customer records in internal systems

• Drive additional revenue via upselling/cross-selling

• Achieve KPI targets and participate in regular upskilling

• Handle escalations and contribute to SOP improvements

• Participate in client/process-related activities as required

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream)

• Must carry original education certificates for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation—sem-wise marksheets, CMM, Provisional, and Degree)
