Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a profitable distribution network of Advisors and FLS
- Drive agent activation and productivity through training and performance monitoring
- Develop strategies for sales growth in new and existing markets
- Manage sales targets and business metrics – monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Drive lead conversion, product mix optimization, and persistency
- Ensure accurate documentation and regular MIS reporting
- Promote a customer-first culture among the sales team
- Conduct goal sheet tracking and participate in contests regularly
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience (Life Insurance preferred)
- Strong communication in English, Hindi & regional languages
- Must be competitive, target-driven, and customer-centric
- Graduates & Postgraduates from any stream welcome
- Local candidates preferred
Salary & Incentives:
- Graduate: ₹3.0 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
