✅ Key Responsibilities:

Review Master Data Setup and Updates
-
Customer billing, invoicing & cash applications
-
Investigate unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies
-
Handle Dunning reports and client communication
-
Support and assist team members with daily deliverables
-
Identify training needs and ensure process compliance
🛠 Skills Required:

Strong knowledge in F&A – Accounts Receivable domain

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication

Oracle Application knowledge preferred

Analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach

Client-facing communication & resolution skills
