Job Description
Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new Savings (SA), Current (CA), Salary & Term Deposit accounts
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, corporate tie-ups
- Build strong customer base and increase wallet share
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Cross-sell banking products like:
- Debit & Credit Cards
- Insurance & Investment products
- Digital banking services
Customer Onboarding
- Ensure proper KYC & AML compliance
- Complete documentation within defined TAT
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Drive account activation and balance growth
- Handle customer queries and ensure service quality
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow RBI guidelines and internal policies
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and activity tracking
- Ensure zero process deviations
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–4 years (Sales / Banking preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness for field sales role
