About the Apprenticeship Program:
As per NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) guidelines, fresh graduates are eligible to enroll in this 6-month apprenticeship program. On successful completion, candidates will receive a certificate from the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). Based on performance and available vacancies, selected apprentices may also be converted into full-time employees at Yes Bank.
Eligibility Criteria:

Fresh graduates (passed out within the last 5 years).

No prior PF & ESIC account.

Final-year bachelor students can apply (with e-marksheets).

Candidates pursuing MBBS, CA, Law, Engineering, B.Tech, or those who have completed Masters/PG are not eligible.
Job Responsibilities:

Managing helpdesk operations at the branch.

Lead generation and account opening assistance.

Cross-selling banking products (savings, insurance, loans, credit cards).

Handling customer service requests like balance enquiry, cheque book, nominee update, etc.

Client account opening, document verification, and compliance checks.

Customer visits for regulatory and service-related activities.
