Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer service, queries, and complaints at branch level.

Process new business applications – scrutiny, client ID creation, receipting.

Manage policy servicing transactions, refunds, and NAV allocation.

Support claims processing – document collection, follow-ups, and cheque dispatch.

Maintain documentation, reports, files, and registers.

Ensure business retention, persistency, and revival of lapsed policies.

Generate leads from walk-in customers and support revenue initiatives.

Coordinate with sales teams and HUB for smooth operations.
Eligibility:

Education: Any Graduate (minimum requirement).

Experience: 2+ years in operations, backend processing, customer service (preferably insurance/banking).

Age Limit: 28 – 38 years.

Skills Required: Good communication skills, MS Office proficiency, strong customer orientation.
