Scan the local market for emerging business opportunities.

Recruit and manage Insurance Consultants (ICs) to drive sales more effectively.

Demonstrate strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates from BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or NBFC background preferred.

Local market knowledge is a must.

Any Graduate with relevant sales experience.
