🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to collect payments as per aging reports

• Maintain assigned accounts and ensure on-time collections

• Coordinate with internal teams, sales, billing, and operations

• Handle customer queries, refunds, dunning letters, reconciliations

• Maintain trackers, SOP adherence, and support audits

• Assist team leaders and support training processes

• Identify delinquency reasons and escalate when needed

• Participate in process improvements and compliance checks

✅ Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication (International Voice – Mandatory)

• Graduate (Any Stream – B.Com preferred)

• Good command of MS Office and tracking tools

• Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply
