💼 Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in the Accounts Receivable team, you will play a vital role in financial operations, bank reconciliations, SAP entries, forex sale tracking, audit scheduling, and much more. You will be part of a core team that ensures financial discipline and reporting accuracy across India operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Tally and reconcile cash sales from Navitaire with station DSRs and bank deposits

Verify and post SAP entries for:
-
Inflight forex sales
-
Payment gateway (B2C) sales
-
Vendor invoices and monthly provisions
-

Handle credit card chargebacks and customer queries
-
Maintain commission and rate master files
-
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams
-
Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules
-
Manage discrepancies and follow-ups proactively
🎯 Eligibility:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance

Experience: 5 to 9 years in a similar accounts receivable or finance role

Skills Required:

Strong command over Excel

Knowledge of Navitaire (added advantage)

Payment gateway reconciliation experience
