🧾 About the Role:
As a Collections Management Trainee, you will handle AR collections, dispute resolution, and various functions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The role involves communicating with clients, resolving outstanding payments, and ensuring the integrity of receivables reporting.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage B2B collection and dispute resolution for open invoices

Perform account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and handle unclaimed credits

Collaborate with departments to gather support documentation

Maintain SLAs, trackers, and ERP records accurately

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Deliver quality service while achieving collection targets
✅ Required Qualifications:

Education: B.Com or Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years in collections, AR, or finance operations

Skills Needed:
