Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates with 2-6 years of experience in the Record to Report / GL domain who can:
- Perform GL accounting and management tasks.
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and handle monthly and quarterly management and SEC reporting as per defined quality standards.
- Review activities and ensure quality before submission to the client.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc journal entries as required by customers, adhering to quality parameters.
- Clear suspense open items and coordinate with various groups for resolution.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Adhere to quality standards across processes.
- Understand business details and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of relevant industry experience in the RTR/GL domain.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Good communication skills.
