Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who can handle day-to-day operations efficiently while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves:
- Making collection calls and managing invoice requests from customers.
- Identifying and rectifying unidentified cash and overseeing the end-to-end process of cash applications.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) for cash applications.
- Following up on customer disputes and working with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Reconciling orders to match customer records, validating credits or debits, and processing them for collection or refund.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation in Commerce (B.Com).
- Freshers with B.Com + MBA or B.Com + M.Com are eligible.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience are preferred.
