Job Description – Domestic Voice Process
Hexaware Technologies is conducting a direct walk-in drive in Coimbatore for Domestic Voice Process Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.

Provide clear and professional communication in English and regional languages.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain service quality.

Demonstrate strong typing skills (Minimum 22 WPM, 85% accuracy).

Maintain records and follow-up on customer issues.

Education: Any Graduate (Candidates with arrears are also eligible)

Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–4 years)
