Eligibility Criteria
✅ Freshers (B.Com / BAF) can apply for Associate role
✅ Candidates with 0 – 4 years of relevant experience welcome
✅ MBA / M.Com candidates eligible
✅ Must be comfortable with night shifts
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
✅ Good communication skills required
✅ SAP knowledge preferred (for GL role)
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR):
-
Manage & maintain accurate customer accounts.

Cash application & collections.
-
Investigate & resolve payment discrepancies.
-
Collaborate with Sales/Customer Service teams.
-
Perform reconciliations & reporting (Month-end close).
General Ledger (GL):
-
Perform GL Accounting & Reporting.
-
Prepare/review journal entries & reconciliations.
-
Bank reconciliations & fixed assets accounting.
-
Balance sheet account reconciliations.
-
Ensure compliance with reporting standards.
-
Experience on SAP tool preferred.
Accounts Payable (AP):
-
Process & verify invoices.
-
Manage AP records & documentation.
-
Ensure timely vendor payments.
-
Vendor reconciliation & discrepancy resolution.
-
Collaborate with Procurement/Finance teams.
-
Month-end close & reporting.
