About the Role – Customer Support Executive (Voice/Blended)
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a Voice/Blended Process.
Job Description & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Address & resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with empathy.

Provide accurate product/service information.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Graduation (Preferred, but not mandatory)
✅ Experience: 0 – 3 years (Customer Support / BPO preferred)
✅ Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
✅ Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Strong problem-solving & active listening skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends & holidays
