🔍 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer service calls
-
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on first call resolution
-
Maintain professional communication at all times
-
Follow defined quality and compliance parameters
-
Update CRM systems accurately post-call
✅ Eligibility Criteria
-
Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
-
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Skill Requirements:

Excellent spoken English (International voice preferred)

Good interpersonal and soft skills

Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts
-
Previous BPO or international voice process experience is a plus
