🎯 Job Purpose
This role involves direct customer interaction to acquire NTB (New-to-Bank) current account customers for the branch. As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the sales manager to identify opportunities, increase customer onboarding, and ensure high-quality acquisition aligned with bank policies.

Acquire NTB customers for current accounts in the designated catchment area

Ensure high-quality current account sourcing with the right product and segment mix

Register and activate customers on digital/direct banking platforms

Consistently meet monthly acquisition targets

Conduct catchment mapping and provide regular market feedback

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards

Collaborate with branch staff to improve service and customer engagement

Experience: 1–5 years in banking, with minimum 3 years in CASA or field sales preferred
