Available Positions & Responsibilities
🔹 Accounts Payable (AP) – Sr. Associate / Lead Associate
✔ End-to-end PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processing – Vendor maintenance, invoicing, payments.
✔ Vendor query resolution & reconciliation.
✔ Ensure SLA compliance & productivity targets.
✔ Stakeholder & process improvement management.
✔ SAP knowledge preferred.
✔ Work in night shifts (US & UK shifts).
🔹 General Ledger (GL) – Sr. Associate / Lead Associate
✔ Journal entry posting & balance sheet reconciliation.
✔ Month-end close & financial reporting.
✔ Intercompany transactions & global netting activities.
✔ Bank reconciliation & financial data validation.
✔ Hands-on SAP experience preferred.
✔ Work in 24/7 shifts (including core night shifts).
🔹 Accounts Receivable (AR) – Sr. Associate / Lead Associate
✔ End-to-end OTC (Order-to-Cash) operations – Customer setup, credit analysis, collections.
✔ Processing invoices & resolving payment disputes.
✔ Ensuring cash flow accuracy & compliance.
✔ Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize collections.
✔ Work in night shifts (US shift).
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: B.Com (Commerce) or related finance degree.
✔ Experience: 2-7 years in finance & accounting (AP, AR, GL, or OTC processes).
✔ Skills Required:
- SAP hands-on experience (preferred).
- Strong financial process & compliance knowledge.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
✔ Shift: US/UK Night Shift (Flexible 24/7 working schedule).
