Job Role: Account Executive / Sr. Account Executive
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Financial Reporting: Prepare & analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
✔ Budgeting & Forecasting: Conduct financial analysis, ROI calculations, and cash flow projections.
✔ Tax Compliance: Coordinate with tax advisors, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in property tax filings.
✔ General Ledger Maintenance: Reconcile account balances, bank statements & ensure financial accuracy.
✔ Lease Administration: Review lease agreements, rent escalations, and financial implications of lease terms.
✔ Audit Support: Work closely with auditors and implement recommended compliance changes.
✔ Team Leadership: Supervise & mentor junior accounting staff.
✔ Banking Activities: Coordinate with bank personnel for financial transactions & portfolio management.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education:
- B.Com / Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- CA / Equivalent Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Experience: 5 – 10 years in Accounting & Finance (Real Estate experience preferred)
✔ Skills Required: - Proficiency in Tally & Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles & financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks
