Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)
- Experience: Relevant experience in RTR / GL accounting
- Strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Local candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform GL Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Prepare Journal Entries (Standard & Adhoc)
- Handle Month-end & Quarter-end Closures
- Perform Bank Reconciliations & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Manage Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Accruals & Prepayments
- Clear suspense/open items and follow up for resolution
- Ensure accuracy, SLA adherence & quality standards
- Work on ERP systems & MS Excel
- Support process improvements & internal controls
Required Skills
- Strong Accounting fundamentals
- Knowledge of Balance Sheet & Financial Statements
- Hands-on experience with ERP tools & Excel
- Attention to detail & multitasking ability
- Understanding of end-to-end accounting processes
