About the Role
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support for software/online products
- Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems
- Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Log and classify support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/customer issues
- Follow up on pending cases
- Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years in customer/technical support
- International calling experience – Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience with CRM/telephony tools (Salesforce, Genesys – preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
Work Conditions
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- Hybrid work model (2–3 days WFO, may extend to 5 days if required)
