Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Agent (Airport Services)
- Assist passengers at the airport with booking, boarding passes, and journey guidance.
- Handle complaints and queries with professionalism.
- Verify passenger documents and ensure compliance with airline procedures.
2. Trainee Security Executive (Aviation Security)
- Maintain surveillance over baggage and aircraft access.
- Conduct pre-flight anti-sabotage checks.
- Supervise loaders/cleaners and ensure security compliance.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Age: 18–27 years (Freshers can apply).
- Education: Graduation in any specialization (10th/12th pass not eligible).
- Height: Male – 5’6” (168 cm) & above, Female – 5’3” (160 cm) & above.
- No visible tattoos/scars, well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent communication skills & fluency in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
