- Deliver quality service across multi-channel support (chat, email, calls)
🧩 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Proficient in GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Farelogix)
- Prior travel BPO experience preferred
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism or relevant industry experience
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including nights
