🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming HR-related queries from US clients via calls and emails courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and document issue details including contact info, problem type, and resolution steps.
- Follow standard HR process and SLA guidelines for client query resolution.
- Record and track all queries, problem-solving steps, and resolutions effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
- Support HR process improvements and maintain operational excellence.
🧠 Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong understanding of MS Excel and basic HR operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve queries efficiently.
- Age limit: 20 – 27 years.
- Must be comfortable working in fixed night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred (or within 10–15 days).
- Passport or Voter ID mandatory.

- Any Graduate (from a recognized university).
