🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure SLA and KPI adherence.
- Oversee daily operations across F&A (P2P, O2C, R2R) or MDM (Customer/Vendor/Product data) processes.
- Drive performance management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct team reviews, performance evaluations, and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and service excellence.
- Prepare and present operational dashboards and performance reports.
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years overall experience, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role.
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Team Handling.
- Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting or Master Data Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, or Oracle.
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Minimum 15 years of full-time education).
