- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and any one regional language updated above.
- Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Monitoring & Moderating user generated content, enforcing community guidelines and ensuring platform safety.
- Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience using internet websites and social communication tools.
- Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business.
