📌 Walk-In Interview Details

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process adjudication claims and resolve payments and denials.
• Handle authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare insurance concepts: in-network, out-of-network, deductibles, coinsurance, co-pay, out-of-pocket maximums, exclusions, and state variations.
• Ensure timely completion of transactions to meet client SLAs.
• Maintain solid knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and team processes.
• Resolve complex cases following pre-established guidelines.

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements:

• Experience: 1 – 5 years in Claims Adjudication
• Preferred Skills:
  • Facets knowledge (advantageous)
  • Experience in professional (HCFA) and/or institutional (UB) claims (optional)
  • Strong analytical, reading comprehension, and communication skills
• Education: UG/PG – Any specialization
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, AR Shift)
  • Flexible to work overtime and weekends based on business needs
