About the Role: Content Moderator (Non-Voice)
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines. This includes filtering out offensive, inappropriate, or harmful material and making decisions with maturity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content, including:
- Adult, sexual, abusive, hate speech, violence, death, tragedy, and illegal acts
- Take action based on platform guidelines and internal policies
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while moderating content
- Stay emotionally strong and professional when exposed to sensitive or graphic material
- Participate in wellness programs and stress management initiatives
- Follow predefined workflow and standard operating procedures
- Utilize analytical skills to assess content issues and determine best actions
- Collaborate with team members and maintain excellent communication standards
- Manage time efficiently and meet performance benchmarks
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong emotional resilience and ability to deal with sensitive content
- Basic understanding of online platforms and social media
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to read and write more than one regional language is an added advantage
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to follow procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Only graduates are eligible
- Candidates with pending results or pursuing degrees will not be considered
- You must carry original university-issued documents
