📌 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards and resolve client queries in HR operations
- Generate compliance and statutory reports as per US regulations
- Handle audit activities, escalation management, and backend operations
- Work with HR systems (HRIS), Excel-based tools, and support internal HR processes
- Coordinate policies, procedures, productivity standards, and document control
- Assist in data handling and report generation (scheduled/ad hoc)
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA, M.Com, MBA, PGDM)
- Must carry original mark sheets for all 6 semesters
- Excellent communication (spoken & written English)
- Strong MS Excel and data handling skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
