đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
- Perform cheque processing, item processing, and validation activities
- Input and reconcile remittance data using banking platforms
- Conduct fraud checks and technical validation of cheques
- Execute positive pay decisions, resolve disputes, and log customer queries
- Manage cheque reconciliation of client suspense accounts
- Validate and repair cheques as per clearing and client guidelines
- Strong data entry skills (alpha-numeric) for high-accuracy transactions
- Use multiple platforms for banking and remittance processing
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with banking procedures
âś… Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience in banking operations, cheque processing, or accounting
- Good understanding of banking fundamentals and accounting principles
- Must carry:
- Original photo ID (PAN/Aadhar)
- All educational and employment documents
- Updated hard copy of resume
- No history of cash-in-hand salary from previous employers (bank salary proof required)
- Must be willing to work in rotational or night shifts
- Excellent communication and data entry accuracy required
